that overlaps.

Everything a meeting poll needs
Built for project teams and partners spread across countries, where finding one hour is the hard part.

Every slot is shaded by how many people can make it. The best overlap is outlined.
“If needed” counts as half
People can mark times that work at a push, so you see the honest picture.
Every time zone handled
Madrid and New York see the same slot, each in their own local time.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what people ask before their first poll.
Do participants need an account?
No. They open the link, type their name and mark when they are free. Their browser remembers the answer, so they can come back and change it.
What does the free plan include?
Two polls per month with up to seven options each, unlimited participants and every result view. You do not need an account to use it.
What counts as an option?
Each slot people can pick. A whole-day poll has one option per day. A time poll has one option per slot, so five days with four one-hour slots each makes 20 options.
How are time zones handled?
Every slot is stored as an exact moment. Each person sees the times in their own zone, and the organizer’s zone is shown on the poll.
What does “if needed” mean?
It marks a time that works at a push. It counts as half, so the ranking prefers times when people are fully free.
Can I offer different times on different days?
Yes. After you pick the days and hours, a grid shows every time on every day. Switch off the ones you can’t do, for example Monday morning, and only the rest are offered.
Can I change a poll after sharing it?
Yes. As the organizer, use Edit poll to add or remove days and times, or change the title, place and note. Answers for the times you keep stay as they are.
What happens when I schedule a time?
The poll stops taking answers and everyone sees the final time, with links to add it to Google Calendar or Outlook and an .ics download.
Why is there an ad on some polls?
A single ad on poll pages keeps the free plan free. It never covers the grid or your answers. Polls created with Pro will show no ads.
Can I manage my polls from another device?
Yes. Sign in with your email or your Google account and every poll you create appears in your dashboard on any device. Without an account, each poll has a private organizer link that does the same for that one poll.
